Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy is as follows:
A refund may be in order if any of the following are true:
- The service did not preform any/all services as paid for
- The service was late or otherwise delayed by more than 1 hour
- Employees were disrespectful of persons or property
- Any damages sustained as a direct result of Tri-County Details or it's property or it's employees
Additionally. refunds may be full or partial depending on a case by case basis. All refunds/refund requests are treated equally and in a timely manner. A refund request must be submitted by phone or by email within 24 hours of service.
